With over 16 restaurants and 11 bars, including Jamaica's first ever speakeasy, there’s something for everyone. All meals, cocktails, wine, and snacks are included in your stay.

Sandals Ochi is a spacious resort with both a hillside and a beachfront section. Depending on your room location, you may enjoy a short stroll to reach dining, pools, or the beach. For those located farther away from the action, the resort provides a complimentary “Hop” shuttle that runs continuously throughout the day.

Shuttles operate frequently (every 5–10 minutes) between the main resort areas, so you’ll never wait long.

Stops are conveniently located on both the hillside and beachside, making it simple to move between pools, restaurants, and activities.

Guests in butler-level rooms may also have access to golf cart transfers arranged directly by their butler for added convenience.

Shuttles typically run all day and evening, though we recommend checking the daily schedule once you arrive for the most accurate times.

Insider Tip: Many guests say they “never had to wait more than five minutes” for a shuttle. Still, if you’re heading to dinner or an activity at a specific time, plan a few extra minutes in case the shuttle makes a stop along the way.

Sandals has two simple dress codes to keep in mind:

Resort Casual: Shorts, polos, tees, sundresses, and sandals are welcome. No swimsuits in restaurants.

Resort Evening: Dress pants or jeans for men, dresses or blouses for women. Dress shoes or elegant sandals are recommended.

At Sandals Ochi, gratuities are already included in your stay as part of the all-inclusive experience. Guests don’t need to provide additional tips during their visit, as staff members are already compensated through Sandals’ service program.

Please note that most resort employees are not permitted to accept cash tips — the only exceptions are Butlers and spa staff, who may accept gratuities at your discretion for their personalized services.
